OUTFIT: clicky | TAGGED: ben | WORDS: 594 Goodbye Graceful, I'm so grateful You helped to change my wicked ways When I was in my darkest days And I'm so thankful you were able To save me from the burning flames And make me who i am today Rowa pulled the earbuds from his ears as he reached into his pocket for his iPod, turning it off so that the music would not continue to play. School was over for the day, but he'd promised one of his best mates that after school they'd meet up for a late lunch. He hadn't had time earlier for a lunch, he'd been working with one of his students on their latest art project, they had been having trouble grasping the concept of drawing from life. He had tried turning in a drawing that he'd drawn, so obviously, from a picture. He shook his head, unzipping the hoodie he was wearing as he slid into one of the booths in the restaurant. He tucked his iPod and earbuds into the pocket of his hoodie and leaned back in his seat slightly, closing his eyes until he heard someone approaching. He looked up with a smile at the waitress who was moving towards him. "Just a beer for now, I'm waiting on a friend, Coors Light, please." he stated easily, to which she simply smiled and gave him an extra menu. He drummed his fingers on the table absently until the waitress returned with his drink. He smiled, reaching out to take the bottle and twisted the cap off before taking a drink. Setting the bottle down, he was just in time to see the friend he'd been waiting for enter through the door and look around. He rose to his feet and waved an arm to attract Ben's attention, not much paying attention to the older couple nearby who was looking at him like he was a lunatic. He grinned, sliding out of the booth as Ben approached and threw his arms around the smaller male, practically lifting him up off of the floor. Putting him down, he laughed, clapping the other's shoulder and gesturing towards the table. He slid back into his seat then, grinning at the other male. "Dude, its about time, if you'd waited any longer I was just gonna get started without you," he stated good-naturedly. "What kept you? Get roped into long farewells with your boys? Or did they not want to share their Ben time with me?" he asked, arching an eyebrow. While Ben was dating another of Rowa's friends, Ric, Rowa still wasn't sure what to make of Salizar. Even though Ben had been dating Salizar longer, Rowa was still not entirely sure what the two had in common that was keeping them together. Perhaps that was why there were three of them, Salizar's way of attempting to keep Ben in a relationship. Whatever the reasons, Rowa knew very little about the man, so he tried not to judge. "I half-expected you to drag Ric in here with you too," he stated with a soft laugh. He looked up at the waitress as she returned and he pushed the second menu over towards the other male. "Order whatever you want, its on me today. And I don't know about you, but I am starving, I didn't actually get to eat anything today, this will be the first time I'm getting food," he stated with amusement as he looked over the menu in front of himself. "Do you wanna do that two for twenty thing or do you wanna get something else? Either way, doesn't matter to me."
