Carter doesn’t think that he has a problem. He figures that because he is a 17 year old boy, he is supposed to be obsessed with sex. What he doesn’t want to admit himself is that he’s terrified of ending up being gay, and so pretty much just wants to bed every girl around to prove to himself that he’s not gay. This stems from watching a gay guy get beaten to death in the streets when he was very young. The only reason he didn’t object to much to his older sister and ‘legal guardian’ about coming here was because he figured he could keep an eye on his younger brother Meeka that Carter and his older sister, Lexi, sent Meeka here for his addiction to drugs. Carter hasn’t had a very luxurious life. He was the oldest male of his siblings, so he and Lexi, as the two oldest, practically raised their five younger siblings. They were cursed with two non-existent parents – a mother who was only around to drop off another kid and a father who was never around unless he was high. So Carter learned to use his high IQ to hack computers and security systems and he can hot wire a car in less than 60 seconds. He’s looking for a final, ladies, and since he is under the firm belief that he’s straight, you’ve got a damn good chance. It’s possible… doubtful, but possible… for a guy to worm his way in, but he’s got to really want Carter and really work at it, ‘cause Carter is a bit homophobic because of his fear of ending up gay.

He's pretty laid back and easy-going about most things, though he is rather strict when it comes to certain rules. If rules are laid down then they are there for a specific reason and are not to be violated. He will usually give warnings to those who have broken the rules before the final punishment unless the offense is something catastrophic. He enjoys just sitting around and talking to people and getting to know them. He's a loyal friend whenever he makes friendships and will stand up for them. Trust to him is very important and so he tries to keep his trust as much as possible.

While Retta is a fun and free-spirited individual, there is an underlying sternness in her that comes from having been from a military family. Her father had been an important general, or so her mother claimed, and her mother had raised her up as her father would have wanted, with a strict regiment and discipline. Perhaps that's why she wanted to break free and rebel just a little. She is fun-loving, and loves a good party. She's scary-loyal to her friends, and would do anything for them... but she'd also do just about anything to get the high. She's hooked, mostly 'cause one of her friends got her hooked.
She's best friends with Meeka Collin and has been for quite a few years and is playing as his 'fake girlfriend', but don't worry, she's not totally off the market! Anyone in need of a fling? FWB? Or maybe even a future in the distant future... we're open for discussion.

Miles is a quiet kid who tends to keep to himself. While he is friendly to those who approach him, he's had to many hardships and failed friendships to really want to branch out. He's the type to get attached quickly though, his desire for wanting companionship just a little overbearing for most people to handle. He's loyal to those who don't give him a reason to mistrust them, and he loves harder than most would think of a boy from the ghetto.
Yes, he's a street-kid. In and out of foster homes from the time that he was picked up by the cops at the age of 8 for shoplifting. He has some relationship issues and trust issues with authority figures because his sister was taken when she was 9 by the cops and put into foster care and he never saw her again, and in his mind, his two younger siblings would still be alive had the cops not taken him and put him in foster care. He was also betrayed by the one adult he trusted: his mother. When he ran away from foster care and found his mother again, he was 14 years old, and his mother stood by and watched as her boyfriend beat, raped, and stole everything that he could from the boy before kicking him out.
Because of these relationship issues, he might find it hard to trust authority figures and will likely become very attached very quickly to any friends that he might make.

Phoenix doesn't really have all that much of a problem unless you fuck with his boyfriend, Jack. He was sent to the school only because his parents didn't really want to have to deal with the fact that their son was gay. He was born your typical rich-boy in Beverly Hills and was sent here when he was a sophomore in high school for anger management because he pitched one hell of a fit when he learned that Jack's parents had seen Jack to St. Helena's by himself. He's exceptionally protective of his boyfriend, but otherwise he's pretty laid back. So long as you're chill with Jack and don't insult him in front of Phoenix, you'll be fine. He's a good student on top of being a member of the football team and is typically the kind of guy that everyone would gather around in a normal high school, and even, to some extent, here.
Phoenix is not the type who is going to cheat on his boyfriend, like... ever. He's exceptionally devout, but that doesn't mean that there can't be friendships going on there. He is rather outgoing himself and loves to make new friends and be at the center of attention.

Rowa is exceptionally laid back in the way of teaching and counseling. He's the kind of teacher who leaves a lot of things open for suggestion and interpretation, he doesn't believe in constricting creative energies in his students. He's very flirtatious with most people though, of course usually its just all in good fun and he doesn't even realize he's doing it, he's just overly charming that way. He's got a final lined up, however he is not above flings and one-night stands until he is with Ricky (which is probably gonna take a while). With his students, he believes whole-heartedly in confidentiality, nothing leaves his office. Absolutely nothing, take that how you will. He's kind-hearted and compassionate and has three large dogs that just all happen to be shelter rescues. He hardly goes anywhere without his dogs, they even have doggie pillows in his office. And yes, they are large dogs. Tine is a male, the eldest of all the dogs, is a doberweiler. Raiden, the younger male is a doberdane, and the only female Acyd is the youngest, still only a puppy at 7 months old, but she is a great dane. So if you aren't comfortable around dogs, Rowa's probably not the one whose office you want to visit for social calls.

He's been at St. Helena's for a few years now, so... we can play with it and see where things go. He's currently in a relationship with Benton West, and they're trying to intice Alaric Jester into said relationship as well... but who knows, there might a way for a certain someone to convince Salizar to stray... if they're very convincing.

That's why he cuts himself, not because he hears voices or because someone else tells him too... he just likes the feeling. As for why he likes to cut others? Well... he's just a bit sadistic. He likes the sight of blood, and the smell of it... and yes, even the taste of it. It is the lifeforce... and with it carries energy, and life. So yeah... he's just a bit twisted. He's very domineering and controlling with anyone that thinks that they want to get close to him.
