i'm rory, i'm sixteen years old and i'm a sophomore here at the high school. i love my family, even if my brother gets on my nerves. i'm sort of socially awkward and i'm pretty damn nervous around everyone. crowds make me nervous, and so do large groups of people that i don't know. i'm pretty insecure, though my friends are trying to change that. right now i need FRIENDS and ENEMIES. i need someone to teach me to feel good about myself around new people because i sort of come off as a jackass. i joke about myself to try and make people think that i don't care, and i constantly lie and tell people i don't, so i should fix that. yeah so. i'm pretty cool? i have a temper issue, which i guess is why i don't really talk to many people. it's scary because i don't really seem cruel, but i can be. i sort of say whatever i can to make people feel bad and what not. i smoke cigarettes, because it's killing me slowly. i'm here because i tried to kill myself and my younger brother found me. just fyi, i'm really friendly, and i'm a huge nerd. i play video games like no tomorrow, and i'm pretty sure my best friend is my x-box. I HAVE A FINAL, POSSIBLY. i have nothing along the way really though.

Simon is bipolar and also has attempted suicide a bunch of times. Simon is a junior, while Rory is a sophomore, but I don't see any reason why they couldn't be friends. Simon isn't currently looking for enemies, so I don't think he'd be one of Rory's enemies. Maybe they could bond over their battle-scars? I adore Rory, so have you got any ideas for how they might interact?

Yes! That works. :3 Most of Rory's fresh cuts and old scars are on his thighs so they weren't obvious. I'm sure the prominent actual attempt ones are fairly visible though. ;3 Maybe they could meet before a counsel session or something? I think if they met there it'd be pretty obvious as to their reasons for being there. Rory might be a little more open to bonding if he knew that Simon was sort of in the same boat. Also Rory's reallllly self conscious of his scars and stuff, so he'd be really embarrassed.

Victoria goes to St. Helena's mostly because her father teaches there, and spends her time mostly to herself, except when she's acting like a know-it-all. She puts a lot of pressure on herself, wanting her father to be pleased with her grades and such, and really needs someone who can help her relax a little bit, but mostly just to be her friend. They're both sophomores, and it looks like they have English II together, so it could always be possible that they meet there, or just around campus.

maybe! rory's not very outgoing so she'd have to initiate conversation. perhaps they could get partnered up for an english II assignment or something. n___n he wouldn't open up to her a whole bunch because he thinks he worthless for the most part. it'd be nice if she tried to get him to though. he's pretty average other than the suicidal tendencies.

Hello! Just making my rounds through the plot pages and mainly targeting any characters that have “awkward” or “nervous” listed in their personalities so that I can warn you that Jamika is going to have an unhealthy obsession with them. c:

Luckily, Rory is a sophomore, so he wouldn’t be forced to see Jamika every day, but if they were to ever cross paths, Jamika would develop a very abnormal attraction for the poor boy. I'm not sure if any plotting ideas can arise from this, but if you have one then we can maybe go somewhere with it. If not, then don't worry about it – just be aware that your charrie might have a creepy stalker now.
