General Description:
Dahlia is very stubborn. All her life, she had been dedicated on how to behavior, what to say. By the time she was in her early teens, she had had enough. She started to stand up for herself and wouldn’t budge once she had set her sights on something. This is something that drives her father up the wall. She is a very determined young woman, and will not change her opinion for anything. It’s been that way for a long time, ever since she was a kid.

It comes as no surprise that Dahlia is a very strong willed young woman. She is the type of person that doesn’t any shit from no one. Not even her parents. It took her a while to get where she is today, but she’s happy, or so she says.

One thing about dahlia is that she is can be come across as enigmatic, mysterious, and difficult to work out. She has always been like this, not the one to speak an awful lot. She doesn’t like to just...give things away; she wants others to ‘work’ for it. She doesn’t know why this is, she just is sick of others telling her what to do, she likes to have control in her, because honestly, she’s afraid getting hurt and deceived by others. So she does it so they can’t.

Dahlia is very fiery, and although she tries to keep her cool, she is prone to having fits of bad temper. She isn’t easy to provoke, but her temper is bad when anyone tries to challenge her or make her vulnerable. Dahlia comes across as very strong, and she is, but being challenged is something she cannot stand.

She is known for having rapid mood changes, as she is diagnosed as having bioplar disorder. she can shift between depressed and manic episodes, though tends to have more instances of mania than depression.

History:

dahlia was born into a normal family, but one with money. she was the eldest of two, her younger brother Ethan a year younger than herself. she was a quiet child, though she was brought up by her nannies, mostly. being the only daughter alot was expected from her. her father had an oil company, had plenty of money, whilst her mother came from 'old' money. so she was meant to act like a 'lady' from day one. she was young, btu she didn't really get to interact with other children all that much, was stuck with the nannies most of the time.

then she wen to school, boarding school from an early age. as the girl grew up, she started to rebel. she had always been pretty strong minded and stubborn, which did not please her parents. she wasn't a wildchild per say, but she would often decline offers to go to their fancy dinners and meetings. she wanted to be her own person, but she struggled when she hit her teeens.


school got to her, as did trying to mix with the other students. she never knew who were her real friends. she started to stay out alot, feel impulsive all of a sudden and would do stupid reckless things in the heat of the moment. she couldn't explain what happened to her when she got like that, though she tried to hit her feelings from her parents. she'd also be really low at some point, her moods changing rapidly. soon enough her parents caught on and sent her to the doctor who diagnosed her with bioplar disorder. she was soon sent away to st. helena's after her parenst wanted her to be 'fixed'.[/justify][/blockquote][/size]
